If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating—whether in your relationship, your family, or within yourself—you’re not alone. I’ve been there too, wondering if things could ever really shift. I know how exhausting it can feel when the same arguments keep coming up, when family dynamics weigh heavy, or when an inner voice keeps you in doubt or overdrive.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready for change—even if they don’t know exactly where to begin. Sometimes it’s the quiet tension in a relationship, the legacy of generational pain, or a part of you that’s simply trying to survive. Whatever it is, I believe there’s a way forward.
My approach blends Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you slow down, listen inward, and shift from reactivity to self-leadership. We’ll work toward more clarity, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of self—whether you're navigating a partnership, healing old wounds, or learning to trust yourself again.
For those in the therapy field, I also offer clinical supervision for associates and supervisor candidates in Oregon. I create a relational, strengths-based space to support your growth as a therapist while staying grounded in ethics and culturally responsive care.
Whether you're seeking personal healing or professional guidance, I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace, with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for your story.
I provide therapy to residents of Oregon and Washington. License # WA: LF61611293; OR: T2411
