Relational therapy
Our relationships shape us in profound ways—they can offer deep connection, healing, and growth, or stir up old wounds and painful dynamics. Whether it’s with a partner, a parent, a sibling, or someone else important in your life, relational therapy is a space to explore the patterns that keep getting in the way of the closeness, safety, or respect you long for.
People come to relational therapy for many reasons—some want to improve communication, others are navigating life transitions, cultural tensions, or ruptures that feel too big to handle alone. Some are seeking repair. Others are seeking clarity. No matter where you are, choosing to show up in therapy with someone important to you is a powerful step toward change.
In my work, I integrate Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help people break out of stuck patterns, reconnect with their values, and build relationships that feel more balanced, emotionally honest, and compassionate. My style is direct but deeply respectful—I’ll challenge behaviors that aren’t serving you, while also helping you build the tools to speak with clarity, set boundaries with love, and navigate conflict with self-responsibility.
My goal is not just to help you better understand each other, but to help you feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that allows for real transformation. Whether you’re trying to heal past wounds or create new ways of relating, I’m here to walk with you toward relationships that feel more connected, grounded, and true to who you are.
Individual therapy
If you often feel like different parts of you are pulling in opposite directions—one part pushing you to hold it all together while another part feels exhausted or unseen—you’re not alone. I work with individuals who are ready to explore these inner dynamics with more compassion and curiosity. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or feeling stuck in old patterns, my goal is to help you reconnect with the part of you that is calm, clear, and confident—what Internal Family Systems (IFS) calls the Self.
Using IFS, we’ll gently get to know the protective parts of you that have helped you survive—and the vulnerable parts that may still carry pain. Additionally, we’ll build a relationship with these parts, not to get rid of them, but to help them soften and feel supported. This process often creates a shift, not just in how you feel, but in how you relate to yourself, your past, and your future.
For those carrying the imprint of overwhelming or unresolved trauma, I also integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR offers a structured, somatic approach to processing memories and experiences that are still held in the body, even when your mind knows you're safe. It can be a powerful tool in reducing emotional reactivity and fostering a deeper sense of inner stability.
I provide therapy to residents of Oregon and Washington, both in-person and via telehealth. If you’re looking for a space to feel more whole, grounded, and understood, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
