Clinical Supervision & Consultations

Supervision is more than case discussion; it’s a space for reflection, growth, and deepening your voice and confidence as a therapist and supervisor. I provide clinical supervision for Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor Registered Associates in Oregon, as well as Supervision of Supervision for supervisor candidates working toward their Approved Supervisor designation for AAMFT or Oregon state. I also offer consultation for licensed therapists who wish to integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, or Relational Life Therapy (RLT) into their clinical practice.

Are you an experienced therapist ready to become a clinical supervisor?

I offer supervision-of-supervision (SOS) for LMFT and LPC supervisor candidates working toward Oregon board requirements. Drawing from my published research, university teaching experience, and systemic foundation, I guide candidates to become confident, ethical, and culturally attuned supervisors.

My approach includes:

• A supervisee-centered model that fosters self-leadership and active learning

• Use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore supervisor parts, burdens, and self-energy

• Regular discussions around power dynamics, parallel process, and isomorphism

• Integration of systemic models like Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Framework and cultural humility frameworks (e.g., ADDRESSING)

• Fee: $185 per hour
